Discovery 

We start out with an initial discovery session which takes us under the hood of your business to understand your pain points, identify those golden opportunities and establish your business and life goals. 

This is where the magic happens. Combining our people-first approach and skills gleaned from 30 years in business, we’ll listen, and ask the right questions to gain an in-depth understanding of you and your business. 

Proposal 

Using the insights gathered from the discovery phase, we’ll develop a proposal outlining what we think is the best way forward for your business based on your business objectives and life goals. 

Implementation 

Together we’ll curate a coaching framework that’s flexible, effective, and tailored to you. Whether you want to meet monthly, 6-weekly, or quarterly, online or in person - we’ll work with you and your needs. During our coaching sessions, we’ll check in to measure progress against targets and develop strategies, systems, and processes to make sure that you stay on track. 

Review 

We recommend regular 6-monthly reviews to provide an opportunity to share what’s working and what’s not. This is where we can tweak and adjust coaching so that we always maximise the output for you

As our key business advisor, Steve Alesech has extensive experience in business, mergers and acquisitions as well as successfully managing multi-million-dollar projects. 

An important factor in his success is his ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and quickly earn their trust. He operates with the utmost integrity but he is courageous enough to have honest, straight-forward conversations, hold people to account and put results ahead of ego. 

His business smarts and curious, intuitive approach means he can find solutions where others can’t. You can trust Steve to deliver extraordinary results for your business. 

Steve’s key achievements: 

  • Previous managing director of successful companies including furniture retailer, petroleum retailer, transport, logistics and manufacturing companies.

  • Experienced in multiple merger and acquisitions of various businesses including recruitment, induction, training and development of sales teams.

  • Fourteen years Senior Level Management and Senior Leadership Team in Commercial Fuels, Commercial Pricing, Retail, Renewable Fuels for Shell NZ and Z Energy.

  • Set up and ran a number of start-up’s including a Bulk Fuel Distribution business divested to Shell NZ Ltd and LPG bulk bottle distribution business divested to Elgas.

  • Business Advisor and Coach to numerous start-up and existing businesses in the E-commerce, retail, manufacturing, logistics, services and construction industries including pro bono work for Business Mentors NZ.
